It might be St David's Day, full of daffodils and leeks, but that doesn't stop you setting aside some time to take in
lately a resident of the village. This will be an interactive talk exploring meditation and simple ways to implement the practice into daily life with mindfulness. The audience will be invited, for 10 minutes or so, to experience a few exercises which merely involve closing the eyes, breathing, and listening. No running, jumping or lying down involved!
